Where?
: Take Maalo Rd. (583) up the hills all the way to it ending at the small

What? :
One of the most beautiful waterfalls on the island of Kauai, parking is just at
the viewing point.
When? :
Year round
Due
note 1: During mid-day parking lot can be full.
Due
note 2: If you plan to hike down the cliff do not bring flipflops !
My
thoughts: this is indeed a very nice waterfall, it was fun coming here even for
a short time.

The
visit:
We came
late so we did not have the time to go down to the river below so we just took
some pictures and went home.
This is
indeed one of the most beautiful waterfalls on the island of Kauai.
If you
want to go down look for a small path at the south end of the parking lot. The
path down is very steep, and has ropes tied to the trees to help you go down to
the bottom. As any other place in Kauai, after rain the trail become muddy and
slippery so take this into account when decide if to go down or watch it from
the road.
